Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, and dependable to help individuals with I/DD achieve independence. This independent contract role in Naples involves evenings and weekend hours, focusing on ADLs, personal care, meal prep, and safety.

You will support two young individuals with activities, accompany them to community events, and document daily progress. A valid license, background check, and 1 year of caregiving experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass local and Level 2 background screening.
• Proven caregiving experience or noted training (1 year or more).
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ years old.
• HHA certification is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying to social events and appointments.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

Looking for energetic caregiver to help two young individuals with ADLs, including activities like feeding, assistance with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, monitoring and providing support.

This is an independent contract position and pays $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 5:30pm-10:30pm or 6pm-12am

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities
