Job summary

Guadalupe Home Program seeks a dedicated Parent Support Advisor to supervise pregnant and parenting mothers with children aged 0-3. This on-site role emphasizes trauma-informed behavior management and healthy routines in a caring environment.

Responsibilities include documenting logs, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety while following program guidelines. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and proof of insurance to drive agency vehicle.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with families, children, shelters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mothers and children in a trauma-informed setting.
• Bill TPCN and other agency systems as required.
• Issue write-ups for policy violations with proper documentation.
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately.
• Oversee daily chores, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Engage residents in activities and teach parenting skills.
• Cover overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to conduct policies.
