Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking Behavior Therapists/BTs for afternoon hours to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in the Mesa area. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, applying prompting and positive reinforcement to help clients gain skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities.
