Huntey's Clubhouse seeks a part-time caregiver to support classroom activities and help children learn through play. You will assist the Lead Teacher, maintain a safe environment, and help with daily routines while engaging with families and children.

The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety standards in a nurturing, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience with children in early childhood setting is a plus.
• Ability to engage in physical activity and lift up to 30-40 pounds.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Must communicate effectively in English with children, families, coworkers, and regulators.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Positive, patient, and flexible demeanor with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English with children, families, coworkers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English sufficiently to complete required documentation, understand policies and procedures, and ensure the health and safety of children.

Work Schedule

• 3PM- 6PM, Monday to Friday.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Hours may be adjusted or flexed based on classroom ratios and staffing needs to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.
