Job summary

BreakThru Autism Services LLC is hiring behavior therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and report progress while maintaining professionalism and timely communication.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR/First Aid certification. We offer a $250 sign-on bonus for RBTs, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or to be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication.
