Job summary

BreakThru Autism Services LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Therapist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings for children ages 2-21. The role requires reliable transportation, a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certified or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Provide regular progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professionalism in dress, timeliness, and communication.
