Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities throughout Suffolk County.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA, helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, recording session data, and communicating professionally with families and clinical supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA or autism-related experience is a plus.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability during afternoon and after-school hours.
• A reliable device for collecting session data.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Support clients with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect and accurately record session data
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors
