Job summary

Healing Haven is seeking energetic professionals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–12 in afternoon shifts (M-F, 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM). Comprehensive training is provided and on-site supervision from a BCBA ensures clinical guidance.

Qualifications

Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ABA therapy a plus.
RBT certification or BCBA supervision available is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during 1:1 therapy sessions (and 2:1 when approved).
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills.
Maintain structured, Engaging therapy environment.
Build professional relationships with clients and families.
Collect data and document progress.
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
Maintain RBT certification and safety training.
