Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Red Bank, NJ, with afternoon and evening hours. You’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum to build daily living skills and independence through play-based ABA techniques, under supervision of a BCBA.

Ideal candidates have experience with children and a willingness to work part-time, with pay ranging $21–$26 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide)
• ABA experience a plus
• Afternoon/evening availability
• Reliable transportation
• Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress during each session using a data system on phone or tablet
• Collaborate with BCBA and other staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Give feedback to families about session progress and celebrate progress
