Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH is seeking an Aftermarket Support Rep/Business Co-Op for multiple consecutive semesters. You will assist distributor and customer inquiries about truck parts and coordinate shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders.

The role requires about 25 hours per week, with duties including training branches in software use and participating in market research projects as directed by managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary resource to research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customers as they relate to truck parts.
• Provide consistent communication to the materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders
• At direction of department managers, work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited toparts marketing and development.
• Train and educate branches in software use and updates, as well as education of the parts ordering and distribution process
