Western Equipment is seeking a Parts Associate in Oklahoma to sell and stock parts, assist customers, and maintain inventory. You will process transactions, look up and pull parts, and support service technicians with required parts.

The role involves stocking the showroom, preparing displays, and expediting issues with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations. A forklift license is preferred.

• Promotes and sells parts and services to meet customer needs.
• Handle the entire transaction process – lookup, pull, and sell parts.
• Manage inventory for non-Deere parts and mark up prices to maintain gross margin.
• Supply Service Technicians with required parts.
• Assist with merchandise displays and showroom stocking.

Purpose: Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition, performs instore customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.Job Responsibilities/DutiesPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needsHandles customer needs for the entire transactional process – looking up parts, pulling parts, selling parts, loading out partsResponsible for the entire inventory process with Non-Deere parts – receipting the parts under the price specified from the vendor and then, marking-up price to ensure gross margin.Supplies Service Technicians with parts as requiredAssists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displaysVerifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locationsFollows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Parts Manager – Does not act on the shortagesListens and records potential customer needs or sales/service leadsWill assist in the auditing of customer orders in the customer bins – through making the > 14 day warning callRegularly stocks showroom – as neededAssist in keeping the parts department clean and orderlyExperience, Skills, and Knowledge:Must be respectful and diligent when representing Western EquipmentBasic data entry/ keyboarding skillsBasic parts and machinery knowledgeAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbsHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceFork lift license preferred
