Job summary

MIRATECH in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate aftermarket projects from order receipt through completion, ensuring customer requirements, schedules, documentation, and internal deliverables are effectively managed. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate successful project execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience with industrial equipment, power generation, or service organizations preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems; Syspro experience desired.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and customer-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aftermarket projects from order entry through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks, delays, or scope changes.
• Facilitate internal review meetings and track deliverables to meet scope.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain customer communication.
• Coordinate documentation, project reporting, and responses from internal teams.
• Support MSCs, outages, and other aftermarket initiatives.
• Work with Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance.
• Track budgets, POs, billing milestones, and change orders.
