Job summary

Live Oak Classical School is seeking an Aftercare Teacher to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students aged 4-12 after school. This role emphasizes a safe, nurturing environment aligned with the school's classical educational model and Christian worldview.

You will supervise activities, implement engaging age-appropriate play, and uphold school policies throughout the 3:30–5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Exemplifies a Christian worldview in personal life.
• Experience working with school aged students.
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Presents a clear background check.

Reports to : Aftercare Director

Job Duties

• Foster social, emotional, and educational development of children, ages 4-12, in an after-school program.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for Live Oak Classical students,
• Provide engaging age-appropriate play and educational activities
• Follow school policies and procedures.

The aftercare program runs M-F, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
