• Flexible, patient, and adaptable for various grade levels.
• Completion of TN onboarding requirements; background checks, medical clearance, and required training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during 2:45 pm–5:30 pm.
• Maintain classroom discipline per the school's code of conduct.
• Ensure students understand and follow extended care rules.
• Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered environment encouraging participation.
• Document observations or incidents during aftercare.
• Protect the safety and well-being of students per procedures.
• Treat all students with respect and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.
• Create stimulating learning environments and displays of student work.
• Meet and instruct assigned classes at designated locations and times.
