Job summary

Franklin Academy offers an aftercare program that emphasizes safety, creativity, and engaging activities for children after school. The role involves supervising up to 25 students, planning monthly lessons, and maintaining records.

Candidates should be 18+, have a HS Diploma or higher, and may hold CPR/First Aid certifications. Part-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m., with pay in the $16–$17 per hour range.

• DCF 45hrs Training (Preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (Preferred).
• Previous experience working with children a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older with HS Diploma or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct constant supervision of our kids.
• Write and execute creative monthly lesson plans.
• In charge of up to 25 children at most.
• Maintain accurate student reports as needed.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m.
