A leading company is looking for a candidate who will play a crucial role in coordinating order management processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales managers and various departments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance. Clarify offer, delivery, and cost-related details with sales managers and all involved departments (requesting the order entry package).
Control order and production progress; coordinate between departments.
Evaluate contract urgency in consultation with the project manager, industry departments, design, order lines, and manufacturing.
Prepare the spare parts business: inform the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, the Key Account Manager.
Maintain the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design team.
Coordinate technical changes and scope of delivery modifications.
Ensure timely delivery to customers, including shipping coordination.
Organize and participate in customer acceptances (e.g., 3rd Party Inspection).
Ensure compliance with legal export control regulations.
Propose improvements to the order processing workflow.
May develop, implement, and lead customer training sessions and create new training formats.
Skills developed through formal training or work experience.
