Job summary

Zepf Center in Toledo, OH is seeking a contingent Youth Program Support Worker to assist at-risk youth with behavioral symptoms and social skills. The role supports independent living, with after-school activities and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in social services or a related field.
• Must have a high level of patience and understanding in working with this population.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to/from the program.
• Assist with facilitation of treatment groups.
• Document client behavior in the electronic chart.
• Provide community-based support and daily living skills activities.
• Collaborate on Individual Service Plans with the team and family.
• Co-facilitate treatment-focused groups.
• Communicate with team for case consultations.
• Complete incident reports per agency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Hours vary; may include Fridays based on program needs.
