BE Great is seeking a part-time Program Specialist/Aid for Pocalla Spring Elementary. The role involves planning, implementing, and supervising after-school activities while promoting safety and program quality. Work is scheduled 2:00–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with 3–4 hours per day and August–May hours; summer hours vary.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or higher and 6 months to 2 years of experience in program delivery. Spanish language skills are a definite plus.

Formación

• Bi-lingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in youth program delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and promote Core Values.
• Plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise programs and activities.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Keep records of participants, schedules, attendance and program results.
• Assist in the execution of national projects and exhibits.
