Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated person to work with school-age children ages 5 yrs. - 17yrs. in our youth services department.

In the role you will provide leadership, mentoring, resources, and support to children and families enrolled. St. Martin de Poress Family Center in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood offers after-school activities, homework help, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop positive relationships with youth and families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with after-school activities and homework.
• Provide mentoring and serve as a role model to program youth.
• Monitor youth and provide care and compassion
