Job summary

Mentoring Alliance seeks ministry-minded individuals to join its After School team as Daycare Workers. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities and serving as a role model within a Christian ministry. This non-exempt, part-time position averages 17-20 hours per week, with shifts Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school
• Support youth development in a Christian ministry setting
• Act as a positive role model and minister of the Gospel
