Job summary

The Salvation Army in Houston seeks a part-time Youth Development Professional to supervise and implement programs for youth at our Centers. You will coordinate activities, oversee transportation of members, and maintain a safe environment, with a schedule Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clear driving record; CDL if required.
• Experience working with children and youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Youth for Success by promoting participation and guiding new members.
• Develop and implement programs and monitor safety, reporting periodically.
• Safely transport members and staff as assigned, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain facilities and report maintenance needs.
