Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland is urgently hiring Youth Development Professionals to support after-school programming at our Broadway Club & Mound Elem Club in Cleveland, OH. These part-time roles run 2 pm–6 pm, about 20 hours per week, with starting pay at $17 per hour.

Responsibilities include fostering a caring educational environment, collaborating with peers, and serving as a positive role model for youth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
