Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs is seeking an After School Counselor to plan, organize, and lead programs for youth ages 5–18. The role focuses on a safe, structured environment that supports social, emotional, and educational growth.

You will assist with planning activities, lead sports and recreation, and foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and members while upholding club rules and policies. Experience working with youth is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: Experience planning and running youth programs.
• Background in working directly with youth.
