Boys & Girls Clubs seeks an After School Counselor to plan, organize, and lead programs for youth ages 5–18, ensuring a safe, fun, and structured environment that fosters social, emotional, and educational growth.

You will assist in planning and leading structured social and recreational activities, organize assigned sports, track participation, and build positive relationships with staff, parents, and members while enforcing club rules.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience planning and running youth programs.
• Background in working directly with youth.

Job Summary
