Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with center oversight, and supervise children in our after-school programs in the West End/Tuckahoe area of Richmond. The position hours are 1:30pm-6pm, offering a meaningful leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading groups of youth.
• Experience in after-school settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of Virginia DOE licensing requirements.

• Building strong relationships with children and families and communicating effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with Virginia DOE licensing requirements and YMCA quality standards.
