Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Yoga to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Prince George's County.

This is a part‑time, after‑school position with Monday through Friday sessions from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically 1.5 hours per session. Compensation is $37.50 per session ($25 per hour), with curriculum and equipment provided. No lesson planning required.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in or teaching Yoga or a related activity is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Prince George's County.
• Must successfully complete the required Prince George's County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary students Yoga activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
