Job summary

M and C Creekside LLC is seeking a reliable After School Van Driver to join our Sacramento team. This role involves transporting students after school, ensuring safety and punctuality, and communicating with parents and school staff as needed.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, supervise student behavior, and maintain a clean, well-maintained van. A valid California driver's license, clean record, and CPR/First Aid certification are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and any required safety screenings.
• Experience driving a van, shuttle, or passenger vehicle preferred.
• Experience working with school-age children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to the program location after school.
• Ensure all passengers are seated and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a punctual schedule aligned with school dismissal times.

M and C Creekside LLC is looking for a reliable and caring After School Van Driver to join our team in Sacramento, CA! Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to our location from school during afternoon routes
• Ensure all passengers are securely seated and follow safety protocols at all times
• Maintain a punctual and consistent schedule aligned with school dismissal times
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure van is in safe operating condition
• Supervise and monitor student behavior during transport
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school personnel as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained

Requirements:

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and any required child safety screenings
• Previous experience driving a van, shuttle, or passenger vehicle preferred
• Previous experience working with school-age children
• Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with school-age children
• Strong time management and punctuality skills
• CPR/First Aid certification
• 12 + units of Early Childhood Education is a plus
