Responsibilities

• Provides academic tutoring to students.
• Develops lesson plans appropriate for students in the program.
• Teaches and evaluates academic lessons.
• Keeps contact with classroom teachers to coordinate afterschool lessons.
• Helps students develop confidence and reduce anxiety about academics.
• Assists students in understanding subject material and improving skills.
• Maintains records and progress for each tutored student.
• Submits administrative paperwork on time.
• Keeps records confidential.
• Completes SWORPS data entry and reports as directed.
