The role involves one-on-one and small group tutoring for ages 10-15, tailoring strategies, helping with homework and test prep, tracking progress, and collaborating with staff across Hillside, Roselle, Rahway and Plainfield with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience tutoring or teaching school-age children.
• Must have a driving license.
• Strong knowledge in core subjects (math, reading, writing, science).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and adaptable teaching style.
• Ability to work afternoon/after school hours in Hillside, Roselle, Rahway and Plainfield with mileage reimbursement.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
