Job summary

YMCA School Age Teacher and Lead Teacher position at Big Walnut Elementary is a part-time after-school role offering up to 27 hours per week. Compensation starts at $15–$16 per hour with bonuses based on experience. Perks include a free YMCA membership and paid training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required.
• Experience with elementary aged students preferred.
• Available to work between 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a group of elementary aged students.
• Implementing program activities.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, Y colleagues and school personnel.
• Maintaining licensing rules/standards, keeping written student records, and providing reports as necessary.
