Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, delivering the approved curriculum while adapting to each child’s needs. You’ll foster a safe, engaging environment and partner with families to support child care and education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement across locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Willingness to meet state qualifications or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.

Education

CDA Credential

Early Childhood Experience (2-3 years)

Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education

State qualifications meet/willingness to obtain

CPR & First Aid Certification
