KinderCare Education is hiring teachers to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support children’s growth. You will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
