Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA in Roscoe, IL is seeking an After School Support Staff to guide development of children in grades K-5 and provide a safe, enriching environment after school. The role emphasizes positive engagement with families and program participants, using available resources to support daily activities.

This part-time position offers a Pay Range $13.00-$15.00 per hour, 4+ hours daily, five days a week, with weekend-free scheduling and YMCA membership benefits.

Qualifications

• Guides development of children in grades K-5 in after-school program.

Part Time – 4+ hours a day, five days a week.

After School Support Staff are responsible for guiding the development of young people in grades K-5, ensuring a safe, enriching and healthy environment while utilizing the resources and supplies for the program. Instructors will also be responsible for having positive engagement with and providing excellent service to all families and program participants. No weekends!
