Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA in Roscoe, IL is seeking an After School Site Lead to design daily activities and guide development for students in grades K-5.

You will lead and train the onsite team, build strong relationships with school staff and families, and ensure a safe, enriching, licensed environment while delivering a great experience for all participants. This is a part-time role with 4+ hours daily, five days a week, paying $13.00-$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma.
• One year of experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Design daily activities and guide the development of students in grades K-5.
• Lead, mentor and train the onsite team.
• Build positive relationships with school staff and families.
• Ensure a safe, enriching, but licensed environment for participants.
• Provide excellent service and ensure a great experience for all participants.
