Job summary

Girl Scouts of Wisconsin – Badgerland is seeking a Girl in ACTION Facilitator to guide 6-week after-school troops for grades K-6, delivering pre-planned curriculum and leading engaging STEM and leadership activities in a supportive environment in Madison, WI.

You will partner with program leadership to develop the curriculum, recruit volunteers, manage materials, and help evaluate and improve programs, while upholding Girl Scout values and mission.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with school-aged children in after-school or camp settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and communities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Highly organized with strong project management and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the after-school curriculum alongside program leadership.
• Design and implement activities across Leadership, STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Life Skills, and Outdoor Skills.
• Facilitate program delivery at local sites and oversee sessions as needed.
• Prepare materials and manage supplies for each session.
• Recruit girls and adult volunteers through informational presentations.
• Assist with evaluation, budgeting, and reporting.
