Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking an After School and Enrichment Sports Coordinator to deliver a great after school program experience in partnership with local school districts and daycares. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with students, school district employees and parents while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

Instructing, teaching, and positively influencing students in grades pre-K through 5th grade is paramount.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Availability Monday and Tuesday 3:30p to 6:30p.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sports.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
