Qualifications

• Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership.
• Strong communication skills and passion for youth development.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of positive youth development practices in daily activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff and oversee supplies and snacks for the program.
• Provide direct service when necessary to execute the program.
