Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Tully Elementary School for the 2027 school year. The role offers part-time, non-exempt employment with an afternoon schedule from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, aligned to the school calendar.

Responsibilities include leading activities, ensuring a safe, engaging environment, and coordinating with families and staff. Education options vary, with supervisory experience valued and employer-paid childcare

Qualifications

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: degrees or credentials plus 2 years of relevant child-care experience.
• Supervisory experience in schools or child-serving programs is preferred.
• Experience aligning activities with school-day schedules and family communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, art, and homework help.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and serve as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies and support operational tasks such as attendance and staffing.
