Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Tully Elementary School in Tully, NY. The role follows the school calendar with an afternoon shift from 2:30 to 5:30 pm and offers an employer-paid childcare benefit.

The ideal candidate cares for children ages 5–12, collaborates with families and teammates, and maintains a safe, engaging environment aligned with our curriculum.

Qualifications

• ONE of the following qualification options must be met.
• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of direct experience with children under 13.
• A School-age Child Care Credential or comparable credential with one year of experience.
• An Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and be a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations including attendance, registration, and staffing.
