Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH. The role follows the school calendar with an afternoon shift from 3:25 to 6:00 pm, for 3:25 - 6:00 pm daily, and is a part-time, non-exempt position.

You will lead a mission-driven team, ensure compliance with state and host-school requirements, and deliver engaging activities while communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating after-school activities and staff scheduling.
• Ability to ensure program aligns with state regulations and host school requirements.
• Experience communicating with families and maintaining accurate attendance data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and program operations to meet state regulations and Healthy Kids policies.
• Plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Manage daily tasks: attendance, registrations, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with your direct supervisor to maintain high-quality care and positive team morale.
