Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH. This part-time role follows the school calendar and offers employer-paid childcare benefits.

The Site Director will oversee staff, plan engaging activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong connections with families while supporting children ages 5–12 in a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Have 1,500 hours of experience with children in licensed childcare or school settings.
• Additional education or CDA/teacher credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate with direct supervisor to maintain high-quality care and team morale.
