Innovation Learning is seeking a Head Coach for an on-site after-school program at Smithville Horizon Elementary School. This part-time role covers before/after school, school breaks, and summer programs, with two daily shifts from 6:00 AM-8:30 AM and 3:00 PM-6:00 PM.

The Head Coach leads program operations, staff development, and family partnerships while ensuring safety and compliance. Candidates should have leadership experience, strong communication, and relevant certifications; a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in education, childcare, youth development, recreation, or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead staff while actively engaging with children.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead daily program operations and ensure a positive experience for students.
Facilitate engaging enrichment, academic support, recreation, and character-building activities.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming program environment.
Manage student attendance, transitions, and dismissal procedures.
Supervise and support site staff; provide coaching and feedback.
