You will recruit and enroll families, manage daily operations, and foster positive relationships with school leaders and community partners while using our curriculum as a framework for engaging learning environments.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
