Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and create engaging classroom experiences. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high educational standards, and partner with families to deliver exceptional care.

You will manage recruitment and enrollment, foster strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners, and drive program excellence across our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic learning environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking to manage diverse situations.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physically capable to lift 40 pounds, operate a computer, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations, licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
