Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the Croydon Elementary School After School Program for the 2026–2027 school year. The role supervises staff, plans activities, ensures state regulations, and partners with families to provide safe, engaging care from 2:15 to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, following the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3 college credits in management/supervision or equivalent experience.
• 1,500 hours of experience with children in licensed childcare or school setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Communicate with parents using the Playground App and provide updates.
• Foster a positive team environment with proactive problem-solving.
