Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the After School Program at Croydon Elementary School in Croydon, NH. The role follows the school calendar with an afternoon shift 2:15–5:30 pm and is part-time, non-exempt.

You will supervise staff, plan engaging activities, ensure safety/compliance, and maintain strong family communication via the Playground App. Requires relevant education/experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or equivalent experience.
• 1500 hours of experience with children in licensed programs or schools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, homework).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to support a positive team environment.
