Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a part-time School-Age Childcare Site Director for the Croydon Elementary School After School Program (Croydon, NH) for 2026–2027. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with an afternoon schedule 2:15–5:30 pm, following the school calendar.

The role emphasizes supervision, program planning, and family communication to deliver safe, engaging activities for ages 5–12 within a state-compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience working with children in a licensed childcare program or school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and host school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration tracking, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents/caregivers using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with your direct supervisor to maintain high-quality care and strong staff morale.
