Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for an after-school program at Croydon Elementary School in Croydon, NH. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with an $18.00 per hour pay rate, following the school calendar.

Familiar with state regulations and program operations, you will plan activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts, while coordinating staffing and attendance, and maintaining strong parent communication.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision, or 2+ years supervisory experience, or plan to complete 3 credits.
• Minimum of 1500 hours of experience with children in licensed childcare or school setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations, Healthy Kids policies, and school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance/registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to maintain high-quality care and positive staff morale.
