Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Site Director to lead and develop a team of teachers, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. This role requires passion for educational excellence and strong relationship skills with children and communities.

As Site Director, you will implement our nationally recognized curriculum, create engaging classrooms, and drive enrollment while maintaining safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children.
