Job summary

The Westfield Area YMCA is seeking Site Coordinators for their school-age child care program at the Cranford location. Candidates will manage and supervise the program, overseeing staff and scheduling.

This part-time role requires prior childcare experience and strong organizational skills. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour depending on qualifications. Benefits include a complimentary YMCA membership, referral bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience, OR CDA/AA + 2 years experience, OR HS diploma/GED + 3 years experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a child care setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the assigned program site.
• Supervise staff and set up daily schedules.
• Liaise with YMCA parents and outside organizations.
• Ensure all policies, regulations, and standards are met.
